Join us for the first DataCite Open Hours of 2025! The theme of this Open Hours is metadata assessment and improvement. To begin, Maria Gould (Product Director) will introduce our vision and priorities for the year ahead. We'll then hear from community members on their metadata assessment and improvement efforts, followed by an interactive discussion to gather feedback and ideas. We’ll explore questions such as: - What does metadata quality mean to you? - Do you have plans to improve metadata quality? - What challenges do you face in assessing or improving metadata? - How do you currently conduct metadata analysis? This session is a great opportunity to connect, share experiences, and shape our collective approach to metadata quality in the year ahead. We look forward to your participation!
